Changes to and Cancellation of Orders

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

Orders may only be modified within 2 business hours from being placed as long as your order’s status is not set to “shipped.” Thewigchix.com begins processing very quickly in order to ship as soon as possible.
