Just want to say that my experience at the Wig Chix last Saturday was a pleasant experience and blessing. I met with Cindy and she devoted quite a bit of time to make me feel welcome and comfortable in her shop with a personal 'one on one' experience. Due to some medical issues I have started losing my hair and wanted to be prepared. She assisted me with wig options, showed me how to put on, and helped decide on the one that was right for me. I really enjoyed meeting her and appreciated the time spent with her. Shout out to the Wig Chix for awesome customer service! I will be a repeat customer. Thank you again Cindy!

My Mom has thinning hair and wanted a wig. We made an appointment with The Wig Chix. Their customer service was excellent and their knowledge of the wigs was so helpful. They had a very wide selection of wigs in many styles and colors. My Mom purchased 2 that looked fantastic on her. The quality of these wigs are exceptional. I've struggled with stress-related thinning hair for a few years and finally found The Wig Chix. The ladies are so sweet and helpful and you get their undivided attention when you are there. These ladies took such great care of my grandmother when she needed a wig. She struggled to find what she wanted online, so she went to see the Cindys and they found her the perfect pixie cut wig. They took their time showing and trying on wigs with her and laughed a lot together. And when she came back to get a second one a few months later, they knew exactly the one she had and ordered her a second one. I highly recommend them for the quality of wigs, variety of styles, colors and cuts, the accessories, and by far the customer service they bring to the table.

I wasn't in the best frame of mind for 'Hair Therapy' last Monday evening, but kept my appointment anyway. When we got to the one my daughter chose, I realized I looked and felt more like 'me' than in awhile. I am so happy that Cindy and Cindy beared with me! I feel pretty again.
