Order processing

Orders may take between 3–5 business days to process before shipping out. Once shipped, orders arrive within the timeframe selected at checkout (US Ground, US Air, US Express, Canada Air, or International). If there are any shipping delays, you will be notified via email.

Incorrect billing information or shipping to an alternate address may cause shipping delays and additional charges. Any typographical, photographic, or specification error in products or pricing is subject to correction; we will notify you of any corrections and ask for your approval before completing your order.

Changes & cancellations

We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced; if your order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel an order once it has shipped.

Orders may only be modified within 2 business hours of being placed, as long as the order status is not yet "shipped." To make a change or cancel, please call (706) 291-4837 or email orders@thewigchix.com during our business hours: 8:00am–5:30pm EST, Monday–Friday (excluding holidays).

Backorders

Occasionally backorders occur when requests for a particular item exceed available inventory. If a backorder occurs on your order, we will contact you via email and you may choose to:

1. 1. Select a new item
2. 2. Be placed on a priority waitlist to receive the product once it becomes available (your original payment method will be charged)
3. 3. Cancel the original order

If we do not hear back on which option you choose, backorders are canceled after 2 days and credited back to the payment source. For international orders containing multiple products, we do not ship partial orders—your order ships when all products are available, unless you advise us otherwise.
